A Hungarian state office, also translated as the Sovereignty Protection Authority, created by the National Sovereignty Protection Act promulgated on December 20, 2023, with power to investigate organizations, including news outlets, for foreign influence. Hungary's National Assembly abolished it on June 30, 2026.
